EnviroAnalytics Group repurposes 2,000,000 square foot contaminated property using an Act II closure from the state of Pennsylvania, now suitable for modern, warehousing/distribution center.
Working with Caterpillar Corporation, EAG abated all relevant environmental issues using an Act II closure from the State of Pennsylvania. EAG also completed the necessary work to transform this heavy industrial facility into a modern, multi-use property making it appealing to both manufacturing and warehousing/distribution users. This property is now back in productive use.
