EnviroAnalytics Group cleaned and repurposed 13 contaminated properties (former chemical manufacturing plants) in accordance with multiple state, federal, and province requirements.
This widespread portfolio of chemical plants spanned 13 facilities with over 1,000,000 square feet of space on over 130 acres of land. Facilities included former ore processing, painting and pigment plants, plating facilities, saw mills, and foundries. Located across 8 U.S. states and one Canadian province, EAG was tasked with closing the sites in accordance to each jurisdictions’ respective environmental department.
The impact range for these facilities included: volatile organics, petroleum-hydrocarbon residues, heavy metals including lead, cyanide and zinc, and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). Remediation efforts included:
